Alert for Moving Average Crossovers

hi everyone, my system is heavily dependent on Moving Average Crossovers. I'll need an mql code to alert me through sound and email,when there is a crossover on my charts, can anybody help out with that or has anyone done anything close before? please i am a newbie, some help will do a great deal
