Please help: EA Send opened orders MT5 to Telegram

Please help me about error "Off quotes"

I Subcribed 1 Signals, They opened 1 position but after that time about 2 hours, my Account opened the same position ( At very different PRICE). I closed that position manually, then MT4 automatic opened other position (Because the signals still opened their position): 2021.07.28 09:25:21.303

Help me about MT4 Error: "Signal - synchronization failed, processing of trade actions disabled"

I subcribed 1 signal yesterday: <...> I see that the position on my account and provider is not same. Check Journal like the picture. Please help me how to fix it
