Strategy Tester Visual Mode disappeared

I'm using MT4 Build 900 on a WindowsXP. Today the Visual Mode and tabs at the bottom have disappeared. I've checked with two brokers. Same issue. I'd be grateful for any suggestions on how on a fix this

Wolfe Wave indicator

wolf.mq4 Does anyone have a working version of the attached wolfe wave indicator? I've tested other WW indicators and I like this one the best for the WW it indicates, except it doesn't work unless I change from one timeframe to another then back again. I have a complete set of conditions for an EA
