Need specialized EMA cross indicators

I am in need of a specialized EMA cross to be programmed. Well actually two. I am hoping someone will kindly give me some assistance. Well here goes For the first Would love a EMA indicator which alerts me when price comes within a certain number of pip of the EMA I would require the following

Simulation?

Does metatrader allow simulation. I want to use metatrader to practice using simulated trades with historical data instead of trading against the real market. This allows me to practice to trade when there is no market activity. Can metatrader do this. If so how and if not is there any other
