Could anyone code this system for me

hi system to trade mon-thur 10pm gmt time for gdb/usd place buy pending order above daily high of 25 points and take profit of 50 place order above daily high 25 pips means take daily high and wait for it to move 25pips then then when it moves 25 pips place pending order with take profit of 50pips
