hi, i´d like to readout the high and low of the last 5 hours of the active chartwindow. in which way could this be done

Hi, I´m looking for a way to read out values of indicators, like RSI or average movement, to try out scripting an expert advisor . Anyone know how to do that? I am beginner/advanced-beginner in mysql, so I´d be grateful for an example script code
