Push notification suddenly not working for Iphone

Dear forummers, I have been using EA to send me push notification alert to my phone with setting done on MT5, however suddenly i no longer receive alert to my Iphone however i changed to another metaquote ID using Android, it works. Do you all facing this issue as well? Thanks
