New to this site. Is there a monthly fee or one time fee for using this site for a strategy program I purchased on MetaTrader?

The program I purchased can only be used on MQL4 or 5. Does this cost me to use the strategy on either of the sites

Brand new to the site. I recently purchased a strategy product from MetaTrader Market.

Do I have to pay a fee to use the product on the MQL5 site?? I did not realize the program could only be used/downloaded on this site

Cancellation of a purchased product

I canceled I Trading Strategies program I purchased two days ago, and it still shows that I still owe $49.00. I canceled because I could not figure out how to download the program for use. What do I need to do to get the money put back on my credit card
