HELP!!! I used to see Pending order show up in the trade tab of the toolbox but now I can't

Hello, I throwing out a hail mary here. I cannot figure out why my pending orders are no longer showing up on the trades tab. I looked online and didn't see anything that helped. I have a couple of EA that I am using. I cannot make a trade by clicking new order as well. The place order is grayed
