mt4 no connection

Hye, i'm a new trader and currently using a demo account for mt4. Been using it for the a month. But recently I can't login to my demo account due to INVALID account and the connection status is 'No Connection'. My wifi was connected and no issue for internet. Anyone have any idea on this? Thank
