Issue: Forge MQL5 can push but can't see push activities on the homepage/dashboard ?

Hi newbie to whole algo & coding stuff here. Straight to issue, When I push some changes in my code from Meta Editor, It's seem to work fine but when check with forge.mql5.io. I founded that the dashboard (Pic1) didn't updated with new pushed info. and when checking the repo, what I founded is
