Do ECN brokers with Guaranteed Stop Loss exist?

Hi Guys, It seems ECN is true market acces and therefore never garantueed stop loss right? Many Brokers advertise with it, but I think it is a trick and only fro their non-ECN accounts?! Thx

Multibank shows 0,1pips spread, indicator shows 0,0

Hi did anybody else also notice that the spread from Multibank is a bit strange? In the tick chart you never see spread going to 0,0.(but most of their big competitors do) But if you use a common spread indicator it DOES go to 0,0 (now and then)
