What is the maximum PR number a processor can achieve?

Hello, good morning. I am currently using two 10900K processors for the Metatester, which have a PR of 266 and 264. Now I have added a 14900K and the PR figure has become stuck at exactly 300. This makes me think that this is a maximum figure, since it has no oscillation. I cannot confirm that this

Is there a penalty if you sell the power of several computers in the Metatester on the same network?

Hello, good afternoon. I have several computers at home, and I would like to sell the power of the Metatester agents. Is there any penalty if I put four or more computers to sell the power of the agents having all the computers within the same network? Thank you
