Converting indicators to EAs?

I've tried looking for several hours but since I am new to Forex I'm having no luck. I do not know how to code. Is there a way to convert these indicators to EAs? I believe the second one repaints but not too bad. I'm not even sure how it works but does give good enough signals. I plan to use these

Current broker does not allow signals

I want to sign up signals via MQL5 but my current broker forex.com doesn't allow signals. Any recommendations of a website that has comparison of brokers that do allow signals? Thx in advance - Robert
