u hv to open Option tab (on top of mt4) then select signal, then check all the relevant subscription boxes (such as risk%) etc. Also check ur community tab whether it was signed in. If not, login again, mt4 has a "habit" of erasing that, esp when u dont save profile, or it has not saved to memory when u off the mt4
