mql5.com site display is not good

For one week on my computer using windows 10 site display is not good. I tried mozilla, google chrome, internet explorer same thing. On other computer using window7 works well SEE ATTACHMENT FILE

my expert advisor does not work on VPS MQL5

How to know where is the problem? This expert worked well on my MT4 before to migrate on MQL5 VPS

Problem compilation with MT4 version 4 BUIL 509 24/01/2013

Since this last version it has been impossible to compile file mq4 in exe4. expert advisors which were installed before are goint to work but it's impossible to add new expert advisors. So i can't add expert advisor in mq4 on my mt4
