Multiple dates backtest

Hello everyone, Is there any way to optimize on several dates? (in an automated way, not by always changing the optimizing dates.) For example: optimize for 4 months starting 4 months ago, then optimize for 4 months starting 5 months ago then optimize for 4 months starting 6 months ago and so on

Trading hours

Select the right optimization parameters?

Dear all, I am looking for a systematic way of choosing the right parameter set after an optimization. How would you proceed to do so? My objective is to optimize on 1 year, then select the parameters, then trade during 3 months, then optimize again on 1 year, etc.... This would allow to include

Look at this nice profit curve !!!!!!!!!

Guys, What do you think about think this profit curve? It kinda flat so we just need to increase lots to get more profit... This curve is EURUSD since 2000, my EA is based on the H1 Please comment! what would be the risk in the future of such an profit curve? Thanks in advance. Best regards Patrick

NEED HELP: Time Scope of the Test

Hi everyone! How can I be sure that my strategy is applied to the right time period? I chose 2003.01.01 to 2009.12.05 and the results only are only for 2009.12 and 2009.11. What did I do wrong? THanks a lot in advance! Best regards, Patrick
