EA purchased for MT5 for mistake

Hi, I've purchased <Deleted> for MT5 instead that for MT4, could you switch the purchase on MT4? Unfortunately the product has been activate because I've pressed Install and the Mt5 opened up, but I'm not using it so I've cancelled it but it was too late. Thanks fort the help

not able to install Signals on my MT4

hi, I'm trying to install a Signal but when I press "copy" to subscribe to it, it asks to open up the platform but then nothing happens after I click "yes". Do you have any idea? Thnaks a lot I'm already logged in in MQL5 in the platform

can't log-in in MT4

hi, I've just bought an expert, I press to install in the MT4, MT4 asks for log-in, I use my email and the password, and it keeps telling that the password is wrong, anyone has any idea? Of course I'm sure the password is ok, it's the same I use on MQL5 Thanks
