Is there a template for Chart background showing bull and bears colors?

I am looking for a template which can show entire chart background as a histogram of indicators like CCI, ADC or oscillators like RSI? Thank you

Black list of developers who take freelance orders with ulterior motive of denying others developers of the jobs

I find a few of developers are asking for jobs just to ensure other people don't get jobs. After getting jobs they don't bother to reply or submit any specifications. I think such developers should be blacklisted. Also there is no procedure written in the rules on how to get back the refund
