MA Cross Email alert? Why so hard?

I'm not a programmer. Is there a technical reason there is not a MA indicator that sends an email alert when one MA crosses and closes above or below the the other? All I want to use it for is a heads up in the middle of the night. I've found at least 20 of them but none work correctly. Some don’t

Can anyone figure out why the email function of this indicator is not working? I have the options set to true for email and signal. The signal function is working great but no email is sent. I do have the email tab set up in options and am able to recieve test emails as well as well as MT4 price

MA CROSS Indicator issues

Both of these indicators are great but but they signal every time the Fast MA touches the Slow MA. Can anyone help by editing the code so it only signals/emails when the Fast MA crosses and closes above/below the Slow MA? The are set up now when the MA's are close you get a signal every 30 seconds
