Scalping with 15 seconds chart in MT5

Hi guys I'm using Candle by Seconds EA to generate 15s timeframe. It's an offline chart, starting bars sequence based on the current bar of the M1 time frame. How can I trade on this custom timeframe / offline chart? I've tried to enable the One Click Trading and DOM but it did not work
