I have requested a closeout of my funds thru a new request on service desk and not sure if it has reached the admin/finance. Please consider this request and refund and close my account as soon as possible.i do not want to renew my signal or vps subscription any more as of today.thank you for your

my server subscription cancelled suddenly.

Hi, I had subscribed for a vps from 1/23/2026 to 2/23/2026 but find that it has been cancelled as of today .can this be looked into and fixed asap please
