Problem with Publishing Products in Utilities - Registration and Seller status box Unchecked

Hi All I have been listing within the Utilities section of the Market where I have 18 products listed. When I attempt to Publish another product, the box Registration and Seller status is unchecked all of a sudden, it was ticked when publishing the previous 18 products no problems. My account is
