Cannot run MetaEditor

Hi, I have MT5 from two brokers. One of them is Alpari. I was working with MetaEditor, after while I've closed it, then I've tried to open it but it wouldn't. I cannot run MetaEditor from MT5, from Program Files (I've tried Run As A Administrator). I've tried reinstall, but did not work. I've tried
