Can anyone code a simple ema with customisable dot sizes?

I recently switched from trading view and became used to an ema using dots but the only dots available with ema are tiny, I would like them to be around diameter of the thickest line or even 2x that if possible?. Similar to the accompanied image Thanks in advance
