Variable Pixel shift up or down. Please help!

Hi guys, does anyone know the variable code to pixel shift up or down in mt4? I have a indicator which can move up or down at the top left of my screen but can’t access the code. I need to move a local time clock down. Thanks for any help

Missing input tab in expert properties

Hi, I’m brand new to mt4, I’ve coded a EA without warning or error and I go to test it but I don’t see any input tab in Expert properties . What could be the problem?? Thanks for any help
