Refund from vendor

the vendor I purchased an EA from has been banned and has requested a refund on my behalf. How do I go about about retrieving these funds

EA won't initiate trades on new VPS.

I was trading a new EA on a VPS. I updated the EA and also had a break in my VPS service due to billing issues. Now the EA won't initiate trades under the VPS even though there is no indication that it shouldn't. The EA works fine otherwise
