Continuation pattern indicator

would it be possible to make a indicator when momentum hooks under 100 or SMI hooks under 0 or RSI hooks under 50 you see this alot. in this pic is SMI this indicator would draw a tl under price chart and put a arrow for short as SMI is hooking under 0 . each trader could take the positions he

strategy tester ??????

when using strategy tester do you use under modeling every tick, control points, open prices only? also is strategy tester accurate way of backtesting ea or does it give false data TIA

General EA question

was curios if different chart pattern alerts could come up on a EA or how about inside bars. say I wanted to make an EA that for 4 hour that bought after a inside bar had formed when RSI was at 33 or lower, this is just an example. Also Stochastics would have to be at 20 or lower and than a buy stop
