need a Indicator for Candlestick

Hello ! Im wondering if anyone can code it I want a indicator on candlestick-Charts , that alarm me, if a new candlestick with other color as the candlestick before (so reverse) would have x Pips. The alarm is a sound and a window show me the right chart. X is a value that i can enter Also it should

Hello ! Search a simple Indicator, that show me the diffrent from the daily Hi-Lo in Pips, so daily High=1,3244 and Low=1,3144 then should he show 100 Can you help me ? ty
