Utility should be placed in the folder of MT4

My EA includes some trading Utility, I don't know which folder to put it in

ea's dll file is blocked by windows antivirus software and cannot be installed

The dll file is regarded as virus isolation by windows antivirus software and cannot be successfully installed to the mt4 root file can someone help me

EA cannot be added to the chart

The EA can be optimized but not added to the chart for trading. Does anyone know why
