A very good system

I am a new to this site and not having good programmeing skills. i need some one to develop EA for this system so we can test it . It is basically STOP and REVERSE system. ------------------------------------------- Buy 4 EMA of close price is higher than 7 EMA of open price and RSI 12 is greater
