help with loading indicators

hi all ok so i have just downloaded the 1000 mtf indicators still in winace havent extracted any but when i click on it from winace it opens in metaeditor???? how do i load them into mtf platform...and how many can be saved in mtf and how do i delete original indicators???? any help will be greatly
