EA no longer downloadable from purchase tab

Hi my "... MT4" EA is not accessible from the MQL4 Purchases tab. I have 5 activations left on this EA but can't install it from my Live MT4 platform either. Recently upgraded my computer. Every other EA and Indicator works fine. I contacted the developer and he asked to get in touch with MQL5. Any
