Vps not working when I turn off my computer, can someone please help

So when mt5 is open on my computer, then my indicator gives alert on my phone. But when I close the mt5 app on my PC, then VPS doesn't give alerts. I have configured and migrated all, I even get a message then "migration successfull" Can someone please help me with it
