Getting Very Limited Custom Charts Data History

(I'm not a programmer)... The broker has plenty of data for me to make a custom symbol and chart (in most cases 20 years or more). However, when I make the custom chat (from 2 of the broker's charts) it results in only about 9 weeks of data. Does anyone know if there's a trick or something that will
