Bling Bling
I find that a 4-5-3 zigzag setting is useful for identifying support and resistance levels on the H4 timeframe. One can then trade on the H1 timeframe when the candle reacts to these levels. A zone can be drawn with the rectangle tool between level and closest candle close.
