Try to merge a Moving Average with CCI (alternative)

I noticed that a MA and a CCI indicator gives some interesting early VISUAL signals if displayed in the same window, but the crossing lines have completely different scales and values. So I got this naive idea to merge the two and then wanted somehow adapt the different scales and use it in my EA. I

Strategy Tester selected variables not bold after latest update 14.10.21

Since the latest update the variables to optimize are not highlighted resp. bold anymore. I need to run high contrast view on my Win10 laptop and have now a hard time to see which variables are selected. I noticed that in much older, smaller versions of my EA the selected are still getting bold. I

XM.com Problem with Trading Cash Indices

My EA is trading metals and currency pairs without any problems. However, it is not trading cash indices correct. It immediately closes any SHORT position as soon as profit turns positive. Is there something different in trading indices I am not aware of? Thanks in advance for any help
