how does VPS work?

Hi all guys, I have a small problem to solve, I rented a VPS because on my MT4 I installed some indicators that send me alarms to manage orders and I didn't want to keep the PC on h24, but despite having synchronized all the data there the only signal that the platform sends me is the adaptation of
