To all my subscribers and those thinking of becoming a subscriber, I want to say thanks for considering my signal.
Last week MQL5 decided to restrict my account and remove both my signals. They provided no reason to me for taking this action. My only response from them was “How many accounts do you have with MQL5?” I told them ONE.
They then refused to answer any further messages I sent them.
Late Monday afternoon US time they suddenly restored my account and my 2 signals. They have not sent me any message saying why they took the action they took. Nor have they provided any explanation or apology to myself or any of my subscribers.
If you as a subscriber are unhappy, I would suggest writing to the Service Desk and asking for a refund. Of the $30 you pay to subscribe, I get $24, MQL5 take $6. I am not allowed to access or withdraw the $24 I make for 40 days after the subscriber pays. I have not withdrawn any money that I have received from the 105 subscribers I had for my two signals before MQL5 restricted my account and removed my signals. I am now down to 90 subscribers and people still cancelling everyday.
The money I could make from offering my signal is small and insignificant to my overall income.
I set these signals up as a way to help people follow my trading. I have been a professional trader for 23 yrs. I currently manage about $5mil of client money, as well as leasing my EA to 77 clients and I offer these two signals on the MQL5 website.
Signal #1 is a combination of my EA and my own manual trading and Signal #2 is 100% the EA.
I am totally devastated by the way MQL5 have treated my subscribers and myself. I think it is appalling to treat your clients this way.
I have used the MQL5 website for almost a decade. During that time I have bought 100’s of customers to their website. Currently I have 77 clients who lease my EA and all of them use the MQL5 VPS – paying MQL5 $15/mth each.
If you are a subscriber and you have been affected by what MQL5 have done with my signals please write to me and I will try to help you.
My apologies to all of you who were affected but the matter was totally out of my hands. Your anger and comments should be directed at MQL5 who were solely responsible for what happened.
I have left it till now to contact everyone as I didn’t want to do or say anything that could adversely affect my 77 lease clients who use the MQL5 VPS service.
My email address is on my profile under “All Contacts”.
You can reach me at email@example.com.
I would be happy to hear from all of my subscribers and those interested in my signal at any time.
