Fractal Alert

Goodmorning All, I am searching for an indicator to get alerts when a fractal has formed AND when a fractal has been broken. Also I would like to get an alert on the screen and with the function SendNotification so that I can get an alert on my mobile device. Who can help me out? Best regards, Jacco
