Problem: getting access to newly bought product

Hi there I have bought a new product today, but seem to have trouble downloading it on my MT4 charts. I have clicked on tools, options and community, inserted my login and password details as instructed. However, I cannot o pen the Market section and go to the Purchased tab as no window is opening
