MT5 email alert failure

I have set up the email through Tools => Options => Email. When I click "test" the email goes through When I click "test" the second time, then I get the error message "connect to mail.gmx.com:587 failed" The same happens with my alerts (sent through this MailDispatcher) : the first alert I receive
