Unable to install broker provided MT4 on windows 11

EA is not loading to VPS, but it works on my PC

I have rented a VPS , and i tried to load my EA to VPS, but it failed. Journal Log is attached, please refer for details. EA works smoothly on my Desktop. Please help. Regards
