How to enable a disabled singal-Help

Hi, The signal I am subscribed to has got disabled in my account though the subscription period is still 3 weeks away. The Journal says I can enable it from signal settings. Can someone tell me where to look for this & how to do this please ? Thanks

Hi , I read in the FAQs that the subscriber's account must be connected for trades to be copied from the provider. Does this mean at any point if I (subscriber ) get disconnected from internet & there's an open trade being closed or new position taken by the provider in his account, then it will not
