it's a couple of week that i can't receive notifitations on mt4 app on iphone

I've created my new signal but I see that it can't be copied and I read the following message Subscription will be enabled when trading starts but the trading is already started

i can't recieve trades notifications on the mt4 app even if i correctly receive the test message. How can i fix this problem
