VPS move from Broker MT4 to new Broker MT5 do not work

Hello togeter, i have a new Broker and i want to move my VPS from AKFX MT4 to Pepperstone MT5. I try to move the VPS - but but nothing happens. There is also no error message. Had everybody the same problem? Frank
