Charts are not opening.

Hey everyone, I am new to trading and I've decided to pick MT5 to conduct trading activities on. However, after downloading the platform on my Macbook, no charts seem to appear and I can't get it to work. It only shows a black screen with the name of the pair in a green font. Does anyone know how to
