Product rating lowered for bad description

Hello and thank you in advance for taking the time to read this. I recently started listing products to sell on the marketplace but I ran into a problem. One of my new listings is having issues in regards to the description and product rating. I've read the rules and I do not see what I'm doing

multi-currency single chart problems

I know there are are topics about this but I'm curious if any developers have fixed this issue. I have a multi-currency single chart EA but it doesn't run as accurately as the EA on single charts. Is there a way to fix this? I read it has to do with getting the proper price quotes but I'm not a
