Help code indicator into EA pleaseee

I have been looking for a programmer that will be able to code this indicator into an EA . The supersignals v3a indicator can repaint most times, but the results are good. I will like to encode it into a profitable EA. Kindly resolve this issue for me and revert back. Thanks
