Cannot import Custom data from csv file

Hi, I'm trying to import custom data from 30 yr us bond rate. I've attached the csv file below. But when i try to upload the csv data into metatrader I cannot see it. I just can see it as a preview but when clicking on accept it doesn't appear anything. Any tip about how could I solve this error
